Texas Pete Indian Korma Chicken Wing Sauce
Ingredients:
• 1/2 Cup of Texas Pete Hot Sauce• 2 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
• 2 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 tsp of Lemon Juice
• 2 Tbsp of Heavy Cream
• 2 Ounces (3 Tbsp) of Patak's Korma Curry Cooking Sauce, mild
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil, whisking occasionally. Remove from heat.
- Cool and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Before using, warm over low heat.
