Kim-CHA! Dog
Ingredients
- 1 C Kimchi, julienned fine
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 3 Tbsp CHA! by Texas Pete®
- 4 Hot dogs
- 4 Hot dog buns
- 1 tsp White sesame seeds
Directions
YIELD: 4 Kim-CHA! dogs
PORTION (Serving Size): 1 Kim-CHA! dog
- Finely julienne the kimchi and place it into a mixing bowl. Add the ketchup and the CHA! by Texas Pete® and mix well.
- Place the spicy CHA! flavored kimchi into a small sauté pan and heat it just until it is warmed through.
- Cook your favorite brand of hot dog using your preferred method. Warm hot dog buns to desired temperature.
- Place the hot dog in the bun and top the hot dogs with the spicy CHA! Flavored kimchi followed by a pinch of white sesame seeds for garnish and serve.
