Combine Texas Pete Buffalo Style Wing Sauce and Soy Sauce for marinade.
Place meat in large, sealable container or bag. Add marinade and coat.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Drain meat before cooking. Discard marinade.
Place ribs presentation side down on a rack in a covered roasting pan; cook at 375 degrees for 1 ½ hours. Uncover, baste ribs and cook another 30 minutes or until ribs are tender.
