    Ingredients

    • 1/2 C. Texas Pete Original Hot Sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
    • 2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    • 2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
    • 2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
    • 3 Tbsp. Korma Curry Cooking Sauce, mild

    Directions

    YIELD: 1 cup
    PORTION (Serving Size): 1/4 cup

    1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil, whisking occasionally. Remove from heat.
    2. Cool and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Before using, warm over low heat.
