Spicy Pimento Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- ½ C mayo
- ¼ C ¡Sabor! by Texas Pete® Mexican-Style Hot Sauce
- 2 C finely shredded cheese
- 4 oz. diced pimentos
- ½ C diced red onion
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3-4 jalapeño peppers diced (optional)
- Crackers or tortilla strips
Directions
Traditional Southern pimento cheese is taken to a new level with the addition of ¡Sabor! by Texas Pete Mexican-Style Hot Sauce.
1. Mix mayo and ¡Sabor! by Texas Pete® in a small bowl.
2. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, then add Texas Pete® mayo.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or tortilla strips.
