Mention Texas Pete® On Your Menu And Be Rewarded
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Texas Pete® Menu Mention Program. Based on how you share our brand with your customers, eligible operators who comply with our brand identity standards with proof of performance you will be reimbursed based on the number of units you operate. Texas Pete® Menu Mention Incentive Program Rules
1. Eligibility
- Open to U.S.-based foodservice operators with one or more licensed restaurant locations.
- Chain and independent operators both qualify.
2. Program Participation
- Operators must complete and submit the official Menu Mention Program Application form or register at TexasPeteFoodservice.com/mention.
- Each location must be approved individually for participation.
3. Qualified Mentions
- Printed Menu Mentions: Brand name listed as part of a menu item name (e.g., Texas Pete® Habanero Buffalo Wings) or clearly labeled as a component of an item.
- Digital or Display Mentions: Brand name or logo included on:
- Digital menu boards
- Website menus or online ordering platforms
- Table tents or point-of-sale signage
4. Branding Requirements
- Participants must use official Texas Pete® logos and brand name according to provided style and usage guidelines.
- Logos must be legible and prominently placed.
- Brand mentions must not be abbreviated, altered, or combined with other competing brands.
5. Proof of Compliance
- Operators must submit verification quarterly to remain eligible.
- Acceptable forms of proof:
- Clear photos or scans of printed menus
- Screenshots of digital menus or third-party listings
- Photos of table tents or promotional materials
- Proof must be submitted to TexasPeteFoodservice.com/submit through the program portal.
6. Incentive Payments
- Approved operators will receive:
- $150/month/location for menu item name mention or logo on printed menus
- $75/month/location for digital/menu board/table tent brand mention
- Payments are made quarterly via ACH or mailed check.
- Payments are issued within 30 days of proof verification.
7. Duration and Termination
- Minimum participation commitment is three (3) months per location.
- Program may be terminated at any time by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
- Ineligible or non-compliant operators may be removed from the program.
8. Restrictions
- Participants may not use Texas Pete® branding in a misleading or inappropriate context.
- No use of Texas Pete® trademarks in co-branded promotions without prior written consent.
- The program may not be combined with other incentive offers unless approved.
9. Legal and Compliance
- All use of Texas Pete® logos and name must adhere to trademark protection guidelines.
- Texas Pete® reserves the right to audit submissions and deny payment for falsified or non-compliant entries.
- All disputes are subject to the laws of the State of North Carolina.
