We’re currently reviewing operator interest for a limited rollout of the Texas Pete® Menu Mentions Program. This initial phase is designed for a select group of operators, and participation will be approved on a first-reviewed, best-fit basis. Space is limited and expected to fill quickly. Program Overview

The program is simple: Feature Texas Pete®, follow brand guidelines, submit verification materials, complete the 90-day program, and receive a one-time incentive payment. One Menu Mention Program per location during each 90-day participation period

Choose Your Incentive

1. Proudly Serving Texas Pete – Earn $75 Per Location (90 Days)

Have Texas Pete® products in your restaurant and let your customers know you are proudly serving Texas Pete® on your menu using approved branding.

Requirements:

  • Placement on printed menus, digital menus, or table tents
  • The phrase “Proudly Serving Texas Pete®”

Must Include:

  • Approved Texas Pete® logo

Participation term: 90 days

2. Menu Inclusion/LTO – Earn $150 Per Location (90 Days)

Create a featured menu item that highlights Texas Pete®.

Requirements:

Feature Texas Pete® on:

  • Printed menus
  • Digital menus
  • Menu boards (if applicable)

Include:

  • Approved Texas Pete® logo
  • Approved Texas Pete® menu description

Participation term: 90-days


Who Can Participate (Eligibility)

  • U.S.-based foodservice operators
  • Independent operators and chains with 1–50 locations
  • Permanent street address required
  • Active printed and/or digital menus

Program limits:

  • Maximum of 50 participating locations per brand
  • One Menu Mention Program per location for minimum of 90 days period

Step-by-Step Participation Details

Step 1 – Apply

Apply once the program is live.

A Texas Pete® sales representative will review your application and confirm details before launch.

Step 2 – Submit Menu for Approval (Before Launch)

To qualify for participation in the Texas Pete® Menu Mentions Program, all menu mentions must follow the Texas Pete® Menu Usage Guidelines. Before printing or publishing menus, participants must submit menu drafts, screenshots, or mockups showing the Texas Pete® logo, wording, and placement for review.

Required Submission Materials

  • Menu drafts, screenshots, or mockups
  • Clear visibility of the Texas Pete® logo, wording, and placement
  • Submissions must meet all Menu Usage Guidelines

Step 3 – Activate the Menu Mention

Once approved, the operator launches the menu update.

Menu mentions must appear on:

  • Official printed menus
  • Digital menus or menu boards
  • Approved POS materials (such as table tents)

Step 4 – Submit Proof

To verify participation, operators must submit:

  • Clear, time-stamped photos or screenshots
  • Proof of purchase for Texas Pete® products used in the program (e.g., distributor invoice or receipt) required with final verification submission
  • At the start of the 90-day period
  • And again at the end of the 90-day period

Multi-unit operators must submit proof from at least three locations.

Step 5 – Get Paid

After proof is reviewed and approved:

  • Complete a Customer Set-up Form
  • A completed W-9 is required
  • Payment is processed after successful completion and final verification of the 90-day program
  • Payment is issued within 4–6 weeks following approval
  • Paid via ACH or mailed check

Program Requirements & Expectations

  • Texas Pete® reserves the right to request additional proof or conduct audits
  • Only approved Texas Pete® logos and menu descriptions may be used
  • Logos may not be altered or co-branded without approval
  • Menu mentions must remain active for the full 90-day period
  • Program may not be combined with other Texas Pete® promotions unless approved
  • Failure to maintain approved menu usage or provide required verification materials may result in forfeiture of payment
  • Texas Pete® product purchase verification may be required for participation approval and final payment processing

Proof of Purchase Requirement:
To qualify for an incentive payment, operators must provide proof of purchase for qualifying Texas Pete® products used during the approved 90-day participation period.

Accepted documentation includes:

  • Original distributor invoices showing proof of delivery
  • Detailed distributor velocity reports
  • Other approved purchase documentation requested by Texas Pete®

All documentation must accurately reflect qualifying purchases associated with approved participating locations.

Important Program Restrictions Void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted by law.

Distributor-contracted customers, bid accounts, wholesale club purchases, and purchases associated with other Garner Foods® promotional programs are not eligible to participate.

Altered, falsified, misleading, duplicated, or outdated documentation will result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any incentive payment.

Texas Pete® reserves the right to audit submissions and deny payment for non-compliant entries.
