Buffalo Wing Caramel Popcorn
Ingredients
Buffalo Wing Caramel Popcorn
- 7 cups popped corn
- ½ cup Azar Pepitas
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ tsp. baking soda
- 2 ¼ tsp. unsalted butter
- 1 ½ tsp. Texas Pete® Extra Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 2 ¼ tsp. Texas Pete® Dust – Dry Spice Seasoning
Directions
Buffalo Wing Caramel Popcorn
- Combine sugar, light corn syrup, and water in a large pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
- Let cook until amber color.
- Add the butter and baking soda and stir.
- Add the Texas Pete® Extra Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce and theTexas Pete® Dust – Dry Spice Seasoning to the caramel and stir to combine.
- Drizzle the caramel over the popcorn and Azar Pepitas in a large bowl while stirring, until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture from the bowl to a silpat, separate pieces without breaking, and let cool.

Serve Buffalo Wing Caramel Popcorn in a small glass or verrine.
