Finely julienne the kimchi and place it in a large sauté pan. Add the ketchup, CHA!, soy sauce and the fresh sliced scallions to the pan. Turn on just long enough to warm up the mixture.
Mix the black and white sesame seeds and set aside.
Cook the hot dogs with your cooking preference.
Place approximately 2-3 tablespoons of the warm kimchi onto each hot dog, garnish with a sprinkle of black and white sesame seeds and serve.
