Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) beer, lager
- 4 (oz.) cream cheese, cubed
- 4 C shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1-2 Tbsp. Texas Pete® Extra Mild Wing Sauce
Directions
Something magical happens when you mix Texas Pete® Extra Mild Wing Sauce with lager and cheese. Dress your brats with this special topping, and experience the magic for yourself.
1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, add beer and bring to a simmer.
2. Turn heat to low and add cream cheese and shredded cheese, whisking until the mixture is melted and smooth.
3. Stir in Texas Pete® Extra Mild Wing Sauce, combining completely.
4. Serve hot or refrigerate overnight. Reheat before serving.
