Place the honey, loose green tea leaves, sliced ginger and the rice wine vinegar into a small saucepot and bring to a simmer. Immediately remove from heat and allow the mixture to steep for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, drain the honey thru a fine strainer and then mix the honey with the 2 tablespoons of Texas Pete® Hotter Hot Sauce and the black sesame seeds. Mix well and store in the refrigerator until you are ready to use. When you are ready to use the honey, lightly warm it up again on the stove or microwave and drizzle the sauce over the tempura fried bacon and serve.
