1. Cook the chicken wings according to the instructions that are found on the package. While the chicken wings are cooking, prepare the sauce.
2. Place a small sauté pan on the stove and turn to high heat. Once heated, add the 2 tablespoons of butter and cook on high until the butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Immediately, add the brown sugar and cola. Reduce the sauce to a syrup consistency. Once the sauce has reduced by ¾, remove from heat and add the Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. When the chicken wings are fully cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a mixing bowl. Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and toss them together until all the chicken wings are evenly coated.
4. Arrange the chicken wings on a serving platter and enjoy.
