YIELD: 2 1/4 cups PORTION (Serving Size): Use glaze to coat or cover meat entirely.
Place all ingredients in a small saucepot and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat. When cooled, place in an airtight storage container and keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Use this as a glaze for any of your grilled or roasted meat selections. It also goes great with grilled shrimp skewers and as a glaze for sautéed or oven roasted scallops.
