2 each (appx 3 cups) Cauliflower Head, medium sized cut into bite size pieces
3/4 cup All purpose flour
3/4 cup Vegetable broth
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Kosher salt to taste
Black pepper, ground to taste
3/4 cup Texas Pete Buffalo Sauce
1/3 cup Honey
1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
1/2 cup Ranch or bleu cheese dressing
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper together. Add cauliflower to the bowl and evenly distribute through-out.
In a large bowl, combine Texas Pete buffalo sauce, honey and salt together. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. On a parchment line sheet tray add cauliflower and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through until char begins to form. Remove from oven.
Toss together the cauliflower and honey buffalo sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve alongside ranch or bleu cheese dressing. Enjoy!
