In a large stockpot, combine ingredients for chicken tortilla soup base and cook on low-medium heat.
Prepare the garnish and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Blend the Texas Pete ® Dust with the honey and toss with the walnuts.
Place walnuts on nonstick sheet pan and roast until they become caramelized. Set aside until ready to use. Ladle the soup into bowl.
Top with garnish in the following order: cilantro, guajillo, avocado, queso fresco and candied walnuts.
