Midnight Dust
The dust that can do it all! Texas Pete® Midnight Dust is a unique combination of Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning and activated charcoal powder, perfect for adding that special spice to basically anything on the menu—baked goods, ice creams, and even seafood!

Ingredients
1 C Texas Pete® Dust
½ C Activated Charcoal Powder, food grade
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together.
Transfer to a dry, sanitized container with a lid.
Store in a cool, dry place. Utilize within 1 month.
NOTE: Utilize in cocktails by shaking directly into a cocktail or using as a rimmer.
Utilize as desired in ice creams, baked products, waffles, pancakes, sauces, and as a rub for seafood/proteins.
A good starting place for baked goods is 1 teaspoon of Midnight Dust per cup of dry mix.
