Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, add Texas Pete® Fiery Sweet Sauce, slaw mix, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Place each chicken breast in a plastic bag and pound until ¼” thick.
Spread 2 Tbsps. of Fiery Sweet mix on one half of each chicken breast, then fold the empty side over
Brush each breast with Texas Pete® Fiery Sweet Sauce.
Wrap two to three strips of bacon around each chicken breast, overlapping the bacon.
Secure with toothpicks and place on a sprayed, foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25–35 minutes, or until chicken is done to an internal temperature of 170°F.
