    Irish Texan-Honey Mustard


    • 1/3 cup Stout Beer
    • 1/3 cup Brown Mustard Seeds
    • 1/3 cup Texas Pete® Honey Mustard Sauce
    • 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
    • 2 tbsp. Malt Vinegar
    • 2 tbsp. CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce
    • 2 tbsp. Sherry Vinegar
    • 1⁄2 tsp. Kosher Salt
    • 1⁄2 tsp. Allspice, ground
    • 1⁄2 tsp. Cloves, ground


    1. In a small bowl, combine beer and mustard seeds and let sit overnight.
    2. Transfer the seed mixture to a blender and blend until slightly grainy.
    3. In a large pot, combine all remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Thoroughly mix in blended seed mixture.
    4. Store in an airtight container. Serve and enjoy!
