Texas Pete® Spicy Guacamole Cream Cheese Spread and Dip
Ingredients
- 2 C Avocado Pulp
- 1/8 C Texas Pete Hotter Hot Sauce
- 1 C Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Salt
Directions
YIELD: 3 1/8 cups
PORTION (Serving Size): 3 oz.
1. Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator to soften for 20-30 minutes before preparing.
2. Place all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and mix well. Place in an airtight container and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
Applications
· Use as a dip with Green Mountain Gringo Corn Chips, pita chips, bagel chips, pretzels, and any of your favorite chips selections.
· Use as a spread for bagels and sandwiches.
· Use as a dip with garden fresh vegetables.
