    Texas Pete® Tomahawk-amole


    • 2 C Avocado Pulp
    • 1/8 C Texas Pete Garlic Hot Sauce
    • 1/3 C Cucumber, peeled, seeded, small diced
    • 1 Red Bell Pepper, small diced
    • 1 Tbsp. Curry Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Coriander, Ground
    • 1 tsp Cardamom
    • 1/8 C Yogurt, plain
    • 1 Lemon, Juiced
    • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Salt


    1. Place all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and mix well.  Place in an airtight container and keep refrigerated until ready to use.


    1. Use as a dip with Green Mountain Gringo Corn Chips, pita chips, and any of your favorite chip selections.

    2. Use as a spread for bagels, sandwiches, pita’s, and as a dip for vegetables.

    3. Spread on warm Naan bread and slice into wedges for a delicious Indian style flatbread appetizer.
