Texas Heatwave Marinade
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk Texas Pete® Dust into Texas Pete® Hotter Hot Sauce until dissolved, then add lemon juice, oil, whisk until incorporated or use a blender to emulsify
2. Chill and hold up to 5 days. To marinate pork(or other meats/vegetables) toss them in marinate and hold up to 4 hours to marinate, then drain and cook. .
