    Sweet and Spicy CHA! Wings


    • 4 tbsp. Butter, unsalted, melted
    • 2 tbsp. Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
    • 2 tsp. Lime Zest
    • 2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
    • 1⁄4 cup Soy Sauce
    • 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
    • 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
    • 1 tbsp. Onion Powder
    • 1⁄4 tsp. Kosher Salt
    • 1⁄4 tsp.Black Pepper, ground
    • 5 lbs. Chicken Wings and Drumettes
    • 1 cup CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce
    • 1 cup Texas Pete® Fiery Sweet Wing Sauce
    • 1⁄2 cup Honey
    • 1⁄4 cup Cilantro
    • 2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds, toasted
    • Lime Wedges to taste


    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. In a large bowl, add butter, lime juice, lime zests, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and
    pepper; mix together. Add the chicken wings and toss to cover evenly.
    3. On a parchment lined sheet tray, add the chicken and bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
    4. In a large bowl, combined CHA! by Texas Pete® Fiery Sweet Sauce and honey. Stir and combine contents thoroughly.
    Add cooked chicken and toss to cover.
    5. Garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds and lime edges. Serve and enjoy!
