In a large frying pan over high heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add the corn and Texas Pete® Dust Dry Seasoning. Once corn begins to char, remove from heat and set aside to cool.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, salt and Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce. Set aside.
In a large bowl, toss the charred corn, red onion, red pepper, avocado, cotija cheese, spicy sour cream mixture and half of the cilantro.
