In a large bowl mix together pepper and garlic powder then stir in oil. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Place potatoes on a foil-lined baking sheet. Roast in oven, turning once, until golden brown and crisp, 25–30 minutes. Reserve oil mixture.
Return roasted potatoes to oil mixture, add rosemary and Texas Pete Dust Dry Seasoning toss.Serve and enjoy!
